Three Cheese Spread

This three cheese spread makes the perfect party snack! I've served it at football games, during New Year's Even, and just as an afternoon snack with the kids. It's so easy!

Notes

We highly recommend buying a block of cheese and shredding it yourself for the best flavor and consistency.
You can use any variety of cheese that you have on hand. Smoked gouda makes a great addition!
For a smooth consistency, similar to what you'd find in the tubs at the grocery store, add everything to a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.
Store in the fridge for up to a week.
