Ingredients

  • 3 cups orange sherbet about 1.5 pints
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Add the orange sherbert, orange juice, and heavy cream to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the orange mixture into the popsicle mold.
  • Cover the mold, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze for a minimum of 5 hours.
  • Remove the popsicle mold from the freezer and briefly run it under hot water for 20 seconds to release the popsicles easily.
  • Enjoy immediately or store each popsicle separately in small plastic bags if making them ahead of time. Seal the bags and place them back in the freezer for up to one month.

Notes

Use pulp-free orange juice for the best texture.
The specific popsicle mold we used was bought on Amazon, but similar molds can also be found at stores like Walmart, Target, or certain craft stores, especially during the summer.
