Our Dill Pickle Dip is a total favorite for pickle lovers! This creamy dip takes just 4 ingredients to make and it’s ready to eat in minutes. We love this with crispy chips or crackers, but it’s good with fresh veggies too. The perfect dip for parties, football games, and game night!
If you’re a pickle lover, you’re going to want to drop everything for this dip recipe!
Pickle Lovers Unite!
I married my husband mostly because he’s not really a pickle guy, which means that I get the pickle spear they put on his plate every time he orders a sandwich.
We’ve been married for 20+ years and I’m not saying the pickle thing is THE key to success, but I’m saying it helps.
While he doesn’t usually just eat a whole pickle, he does enjoy pickle flavored things, like my dill pickle chicken salad or our dill pickle potato salad.
And this dill pickle dip? It’s one of those recipes that has achieved rockstar status in my house. Every time we have friends or family over for a game night or to watch football or to celebrate a birthday, I always hear, “Did you make that pickle dip?”
With just 4 ingredients and about 2 minutes of stirring, this is a dip that you can easily make ahead or at the last second. I like it best with Ruffles (those greasy ridges have my heart), but it’s great with crackers or fresh veggies too!
Ingredients & Swaps:
Pickles – While you can use any brand of pickles you like, my personal favorite is Claussen for that zippy flavor and crunchy. A close second is Grillo’s.
Cream Cheese – We use a block of cream cheese and think that’s the best bet. However, if you want a lower fat option, give this a try.
Worcestershire Sauce – Adds a savory depth to the dip. Not totally necessary, but we like the oomph it adds.
Dill – The perfect way to top off this pickle dip is with some fresh or dried dill. I always have this freeze dried dill on hand for stuff like this.
How to Make Pickle Dip:
Add your cream cheese, chopped peppers, a splash of pickle juice, and some Worcestershire sauce to a small dish.
Use a spoon to stir everything together until it’s nice and combined.
Sprinkle fresh dill (and a few extra pickles, if you like) on top and then serve it with your favorite dippers. We recommend potato chips, but crackers and fresh veggies are great too!
Leftover Hack!
Spread your leftover dill pickle dip onto a flour tortilla, layer on a couple slices of deli ham, and then roll it up. Slice into pinwheels for a quick lunch or serve it at your next party!

Looks fantastic! You can even call it healthy if you use cultured cream cheese (Organic Valley has a good one,) and cultured dill pickles (Bubbies brand-refrigerated only.) Loaded with probiotics!

Just kidding. I’m such a salt fiend that I could DRINK pickle juice.

I meant this DIP would be better than the chips. Cream cheese trumps most things.

Kelly Jo, thanks for letting me know about the pin it button! Seems to be working for me now. Thanks for the pin! ๐
