Ground Turkey – These homemade Greek turkey meatballs begin with lean, ground turkey. It’s so tasty and a perfectly healthy alternative to pork or beef. Use chicken if that’s what you have on hand.

Panko Bread Crumbs – A classic favorite, Panko bread crumbs are so good! These help keep the meatballs light and moist.
Spinach – Some freshly chopped spinach is a wonderful way to add a nutritious boost to these lean turkey meatballs.
Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Oil – Adding some minced sun-dried tomatoes in oil is another great way boost the flavor of these Greek meatballs. We’re obsessed with the zippy flavor they provide and a little goes a long way.
Feta – A classic ingredient in Greek cuisine, this will add lots of flavor and help to keep the meatballs from drying out. It adds a salty, creamy punch to the meatballs.
Greek Seasoning – We love Cavender’s Greek Seasoning! It’s one of our favorite seasoning blends and works well in a lot of recipes. If you use a different brand of seasoning you may need to add salt depending on how salty the seasoning is that you are using.
