These cookie dough brownies are loaded with an eggless cookie dough that’s perfect for snacking!
I’m pretty sure that my main reason for baking so much is the raw cookie dough/brownie batter/pie crust.
Why does food taste so much more decadent and yummy before you put it in the oven and kill all of the salmonella?
Weird, man.
I’m actually not a fan of salmonella, like, at all. So, I topped these ooey gooey brownies with some eggless cookie dough. Then I burst. You know, from all of the cookie dough brownies that I shoveled in my mouth.
These are rich, but not as rich as I expected. I did cut them fairly small, though. Which just meant that I had to eat two. Whatever.
If you love cookie dough as much as I do, you’ll really love this chocolate chip cookie dough fudge and my favorite chocolate chip cookie dough dip!

Just want to make sure: Is it OK to eat “live” flour? Doesn’t it make stomach ache?
Karly says
@OSNAT HAREL,
I’m not a doctor, so I can’t advise whether or not it’s safe to eat. We, personally, have never had a problem with it (no stomach aches here!), but it’s best to do your own research and make your own decision. Like any raw food, there are risks associated with it.
Brittany says
Do these need to be refrigerated?
Karly says
@Brittany,
You can, but you don’t need to! ๐

Made these yesterday afternoon after discovering the recipe yesterday morning. They are super delish! The kids couldn’t stand waiting for the brownies to cool for me to get to the next step. ๐ Was definitely worth the wait though. These got a big thumbs up from the whole family.

I really think it’s that raw cookie dough is basically the “bad boy” of the baking world. Eating it makes you feel like you’re living on the edge. It’s dangerous. But eating it feels oh so good.
I’ve made these before and can agree to their rockstar-ness.
Betsy @JavaCupcake says
I want these to appear in my kitchen. Like ASAP.

Oh, these look absolutely awesome! I love raw cookie dough. I’ve had raw cookie dough fudge, and I’ll bet this would be a great recipe to use for all sorts of raw cookie dough goodies. Yum! I’d eat this stuff every day if I could.

These sound wonderful!
I share your fear of salmonella and no longer indulge in raw dough. However, I remember with great fondness eating cookie dough as a kid so this recipe sounds like a must-try. Thanks for sharing it!

HELLO! These are freaking fantastic! You rock my world.
Rachel @ Baked by Rachel says
My only fear of salmonella is with chicken but never raw eggs for some reason. Maybe it’s because cookie dough is so damn delicious. I bet these are incredible.
Sarah says
@Rachel @ Baked by Rachel, The recipe above doesn’t list eggs.
