This Air Fryer Tilapia is a light, healthy way to get fish on the table in just 15 minutes! Perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, and so easy!
Seafood is such a healthy source of protein and we’re always trying to find ways to incorporate more of it into our diet.
The air fryer has made it so much easier on me and I’ve really stuck to my resolution of making seafood for dinner at least once a week!
My kids don’t super love seafood, so a nice, mild white fish like tilapia is usually better option for all of us – they like it more and I don’t have to listen to complaints. 😉
Plus, tilapia is a budget friendly option, easy to find in most any supermarket, and it cooks in the air fryer in just 10 minutes!
Definitely recommend serving this with our rice pilaf (or even Greek rice – yum!) and some steamed veggies for a light, healthy meal.
