Cream cheese salsa is going to be your new favorite way to dip that chip!
Sometimes I make things over and over again, because I love the food and my family loves the food. I have no intention of blogging it, because it’s just a simple recipe that we eat all the time. It’s not something that I look at and think “Oh! The blog!”
Or maybe it’s a weird pink color and I worry that people will be disgusted by it’s appearances.
This fry sauce is a great example of both of those things. My family eats fry sauce like it’s going out of style, but it took me forever to blog about it, because it’s such a simple little recipe. I mean, actually, can you even call something so easy a recipe? I don’t know, but I’ll tell you what I do know – you people love the fry sauce. It’s one of my more popular posts.
Which is why I’m now sharing this super simple cream cheese salsa dip with you. You know how sometimes you have unexpected guests or a last minute get together to watch football or basketball or whatever it is you happen to do at last minute get togethers?
Well.
This recipe right here is the answer to all of your last minute appetizer and snack woes. It’s basically the easiest thing to toss together, but holy cow. This stuff is dangerously addictive. In fact, I strongly caution you not to make this unless you have plenty of people around to help devour it. You WILL eat the whole batch yourself if left alone with this, guaranteed.
I’m not sure I can even go back to plain old salsa anymore. Although, now that I think about it, my homemade salsa recipe is a major hit here.
Serve this and some chips alongside my taco lasagna or King Ranch casserole for a delicious little fiesta.

Wow, you got fancy here! At my house we just dump the salsa over the block of cream cheese and have at it! I’m softening the cream cheese right now to try it your way.
Karly says
Dang, I DID get fancy. Haha! Hope you guys liked it this way too! ๐

For the longest time it never even crossed my mind to blog about some of my easiest and most frequently-made recipes because I couldn’t even consider them a recipe. But! I started doing it, and it turns out people sometimes are just looking for simple ideas—like this one you have here is perfection! Keep ’em coming!

Isn’t it crazy?? The simple ones always seem to be the most popular!

I am addicted to cream cheese also. Add shredded cheddar cheese to the top of this. Plus cream cheese on apple slices is to die for!
Karly says
