These s’mores bars are ooey gooey good! They start with a graham cracker cookie base and are filled with Fluff and Nutella!
I think I’ve done a pretty good job of documenting my love for all things s’mores, wouldn’t you say?
I mean, at this point, some of us might say that I’m a little obsessed with that graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallow combo. It’s cool. There are worse things one could be addicted too.
Check out all of my s’mores recipes!
The thing is, I have no fire pit. It’s all very sad.
We put in a pool this year and I kept trying to talk the husband into having a special firepit built when they were doing the patio work, but he was too busy freaking out about 1.) all the concrete we now have in our backyard and 2.) all the dollars we were spending to put the concrete in the backyard.
So. There is no firepit.
WHERE AM I SUPPOSED TO GET MY S’MORES FIX NOW, HUSBAND?
I did what I always do and hit the kitchen. S’mores can totally be made in the oven, it’s fine, quit crying about the firepit. You’re going to be fine. Juuuuuuuust fine.
I took my graham cracker cookies and turned them into a bar with an ooey gooey center full of marshmallow fluff and Nutella. Guys. These are outrageous.
The cookie base is so soft. The combo of Fluff and Nutella is just perfection. And you don’t even need a stinkin’ firepit to make these happen.
I made you a video to show just how easy it is to whip these bars up! I think you’re going to love them as much as we do.
Be sure to also check out my s’mores donuts, peanut butter s’mores cookie cups, and Biscoff s’mores bars!
Give these guys a try and report back to let me know what you think!

This receipe looks really good but I don’t understand why you have pieces of chocolate in the picture but you don’t list pieces of chocolate in the receipe just Nutella.
Karly says
Nutella has chocolate in it – just using the chocolate bits to show that the recipe includes chocolate.
June Leathers says
OK thanks.
Sharon Schroeter says
Can you freeze these?
Karly says
I’m not sure how well these would freeze. I’ve never frozen marshmallow before.

I made these bars for some family I was having stay with me last week and they were a huge hit! The first time everyone tried one it was either followed with, “OMG this is is so good!” or “OMG have you tried these?!” They were very easy to make and are definitely a new go-to for me! Thank you!
Jill Rougeau says
Hi, can you use mini marshmallows instead of fluff for these?
Thanks!
Karly says
Yes, I think that would work fine.
Jamee says
Thank you so much for this recipe! SOOO good!!! I have made them twice in 5 days!
Karly says
Glad to hear that! 🙂

Any suggestions for a substitute for Nutella? I love it but my daughter is severely allergic to nuts.Â
Karly says
Chocolate chips or Hershey’s bars would be great! Just put down a single layer in place of the Nutella.

Debra says
I made these for my son to take on his camping trip. Â I used a disposable pan so he didn’t have to bring it back but he did anyway lol. Â But empty! Â He said everyone loved them. Â Still have not made them again but I MUST! Â They are pretty easy to make except for the top. Â You have to either roll it out and piece it on top or put it on piece by piece. Â
Karly says
Glad to hear everyone loved them! 🙂
