This is a great recipe. I made a little alteration to it and it was even better, if that's possible. Try the garlic and herb cheese spread at your local market in place of half of the cream cheese. I use Alouette cheese spread.

Also, I use the grilled chicken breast strips in the prepared food section and chop them into small pieces. A great way to forgo the canned chicken, but not have to cook the chicken yourself.

oooh man I love this stuff. I agree, canned chicken is terrible...I usually poach a couple chicken breasts and use that. Also, I use all ranch dressing and sharp cheddar cheese instead of the blue cheese. yum yum yummm!

I found this recipe via the Google and it was a HUGE hit at my friend's Super Bowl party. HUGE.

I used Crystal hot sauce (the market was sold out of Frank's), and I used bleu cheese (I love bleu cheese). I also doubled the recipe (which I feared would be too much, but since it was such a huge hit, we almost ran out!).

Thanks so much for posting this! I plan on making this again and trying more of your recipes!

My boyfriend was the 1st to introduce me to this awesome dip about 2 years ago and I've been hooked ever since. Being the foodie I am, I can't believe that somwhere, somehow in my 25 years of life prior to him no one ever made me aware of such a creation. And I love buffalo chicken wings!
