Yum! I’m thinking of making scalloped corn too.

I made your caramel popcorn for my FIL’s retirement party last night and the giant bowl (a quadruple batch!) was emptied in less than an hour. Fantastic recipe, I may even make another batch for our pre-turkey munchies.

Hot damn! The hubs and I are having a little cocktail gathering in a few weeks and I think I will try that hot corn dip. I already had your fudgy brownies on the list for dessert. Any other appetizery foods you would recommend? I am trying to limit hot things to one or two because I have one oven. Also looking for a good alcoholic punch/drink. Ideas??
