I try to change it up a bit and have added things like avocado, grated salami, parmesano reggiano, sweet pickle relish, scallions and even tuna. Love your twist and will try it this weekend for the family. I use French's Yellow Mustard (LARGE handled container) and French's Spicy Brown Mustard.
