I made these yesterday and they turned out great! The whole family loved them. The cinnamon tastes great. If you don't mind I am going to share these on my blog. Thanks for a great recipe!

I love this recipe! I couldn't find any peanut butter chips so I used peanut butter like you suggested and they came out great! I took some to a friends house and neither of us could stop eating them! This is definitely one of my new favorites!

Thanks for sharing!

Mel,

Peanut butter chips are just like chocolate chips, but they're made from peanut butter. If they aren't available in New Zealand, try subbing 1/2 cup peanut butter and reducing the butter by 1/4 cup. They should turn out pretty yummy that way, but I've never tried it, so no promises! There are lots of other recipes out there for peanut butter oatmeal cookies if you search on foodgawker.com. Good luck!

These are fabulous cookies!!! I used 1 cup dark chocolate chips, 1 cup peanut butter chips, 1/2 cup butterscotch chips and 3/4 cups chopped walnuts. This goes in my Favorites file! I really like your cooking blog!

I just found your site from a recipe you submitted on Pioneer Woman's Tasty Kitchen. Your recipes look wonderful, and I can't wait to try some of them. I am a total fan of baking, and often look for people to give my stuff to, just so I can bake. Great pictures, nice writing style-very light and easy to read with humor thrown in. Love it! Keep up the great work.
