I made this tonight for dinner with my parents and it turned out ok. The crust was fine, but there was a large amount of juice that leaked out when I took it out of the oven. I think it needs something to thicken the juices (tapioca or cornstarch) and a little more flavor. Will make again but will tweak. Thanks for the recipe!

I made this over the weekend and it turned out to be a total disaster! The crust was goopy on the bottom and strawberry juice was oozing out everywhere.

Looks great! I believe the correct spelling is crostaTa. I think you’re getting confused with tostada. !!
