Finished. it came out really great. The cooking took about 35 minutes. I had to remove the chicken (about 20 mins in) to thicken the sauce. It doesn't look like the chicken will end up looking like this picture, but it does. I needed to add some black pepper. So I suggest rubbing a little in the chicken before you marinade it. Towards the end I needed to turn the heat up higher to thicken the sauce. It's really delicious.. the sauce was amazing. I also made carrots, zucchini, and green beans to go with it.

cooking this right now... I'll let everyone know how it went. I was getting bored of the same marinade, bake, and serve. So I've been trying stove cooked recipes I've found online. This one seems to be very simple, and looks amazing. It's a recipe that uses stuff found in your house. (I hate those recipes that have you running to 12 stores looking for a $20 spice you'll use one)
@ The maker of this site. I suggest checking out this recipe. http://simplyrecipes.com/recipes/chicken_curry_in_a_hurry/
I added a few of my own touches, and it came out amazing. People in the comments are a little upset that the curry recipe isn't traditional... but it is called Curry in a Hurry.. so Idk what they expected.
