Made this today...amazing! Thanks for sharing this!!!!! Only recommendation I have for the future, is I would sift all the dry ingredients, but will definitely make this again...and again...and again.........

Just made this for the first time at my in-laws house. Everyone who has tasted has tried to keep the pan away from the others. In a group that loves sweets, this is a definite winner!

I made this this afternoon. Results were not as anticipated. I baked it for 35 minutes and it was still soupy. We decided to eat it anyway spooned over ice cream. It was ok, but I definitely got my hopes up for nothing on this one. I probably won't make it again. =\

Oh my. This is the kind of dish I wouldn't dare make by myself. I'd eat the entire thing and wish I had more, lol.

DAMN YOU KARLY! I just came over here to see what's new, what's old, then I saw this recipe. And I couldn't wait for the morning to make it, I made it late in the night. I called it late night chocolate experiment. It worked. It worked so well that I ate half of the pan immediately and I managed to burn my tongue. I'll go now and eat the remaining half.

Hey... I'm from New Zealand, and we call this type of pudding a chocolate self-saucing pudding. It's a favourite of my children and fantastic to have on a cold winter's night! Although, we don't melt the butter as you do. It's softened and creamed with sugar, then an egg added (it's like chocolate cake).

A tip, for next time if you like, is to use a wide spoon (metal serving spoon is good) and pour the hot sauce over it, as it spreads out evenly. I forgot once, and boy, there was a lovely hole in the middle of teh pudding! Still, it got eaten....

Yum. May make it for pud tomorrow night. :o)

(I "stumbled" onto this... and had to comment!)
