		<description>I am so totally makin&#039; burgers tonight!!!  Thanks for solving the first problem of the day for me... hamburger thawing on the counter NOW :)

I wanted to tell you though, as a fellow baker who hated flour on the counters for years (so I totally understand)  if you use one of those dough scrapers, you can scrape all of the flour and crustys that gunk up the counter when kneading dough, making noodles, rolling out cinnamon rolls...etc.   Scrape it all right off into the dirty bowl when you&#039;re all done!
